Ecce Gusto réalise la conception, fabrication et installation de stations cocktail aux Antilles françaises.
Au sein des Antilles françaises, le Bonito St Barth a fait appel à Ecce Gusto pour la conception et la réalisation de ses nouvelles stations cocktail. Elles présentent une station en miroir où les deux postes de travail se font face, avec chacun une grande capacité de glace et un séparateur en polyéthylène. Le polyéthylène permet de conserver la glace plus longtemps au frais. Le pouvoir d’isolant thermique de ce matériau est supérieur aux séparations en inox principalement utilisées sur des réalisations en métropole, car le climat y est moins chaud. Un évier rince shaker équipé d’une double étoile et d’un réglage de pression pour optimiser le rinçage se place en partie centrale.
De chaque côté des stations, les barmen disposent de frigorifiques, congélateur, et d’un espace de plonge pour les verres d’exceptions. Une grille est aussi installée dans le pan de travail pour la taille des blocs de glace. Des cales mobiles permettent de bloquer les blocs de glace pour une ergonomie de travail optimale.
